Senior AI Governance & Enablement Analyst

Location: Poland; work from the European Union region with a work permit required

What you will do

• Own the development and maintenance of the AI layer supporting business analytics, including Talk2Data and agent-ready data.
• Define, implement, test, and release analytical components for Talk2Data.
• Build an evaluation framework for AI response quality using metrics, representative Q&A pairs, ground truth, and ongoing monitoring.
• Translate business needs and rules into requirements, acceptance criteria, and analytical specifications.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers on dimensional data models, data quality checks, code reviews, deployments, and cloud data validation.
• Enable adoption through documentation, presentations, AI Office Hours, proof-of-concept initiatives, and evaluation of AI tools and integrations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Strong background in business analytics, data engineering, or a related discipline, bridging technical details and business objectives.
• Advanced SQL and experience with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based AI tools and understanding of AI assistant evaluation, quality metrics, ground truth, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to work from the European Union region and hold a valid work permit.
