Team Manager Roaming Integrations (eMobility)

Location: Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands. Work from anywhere in the EU is available for up to 20 working days per year.

hirify.global provides a cloud-based charge point management SaaS platform for Charge Point Operators and e-Mobility Service Providers, supporting the transition to electric and sustainable mobility.

What you will do

• Lead the technical onboarding of roaming partners.
• Own the implementation of OCPI, OICP, and connectivity frameworks.
• Ensure integration quality, monitoring, reliability, and stability.
• Support complex incidents and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence on standards and best practices.
• Align integration requirements with Engineering and Product while driving automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within agreed scope.
• University-level degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
