Alternative Investment Operations - Associate

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Office work is required Monday–Thursday, with remote work available on Friday.

Base salary: $70,000–$85,000 per year, plus equity for full-time employees and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Develop expertise in hirify.global platform interfaces and support fund launches, recurring client activities, and the ongoing health of alternative investment accounts.
• Execute technical and operational deliverables, manage daily workflows, and maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to investigate platform behavior, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Manage client inquiries, prioritize and categorize support requests, and coordinate escalations for high-priority issues.
• Meet service-level agreements and performance targets through effective queue management.
• Maintain product documentation, internal resources, fund collateral, and alternative investment offerings.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in a client-facing finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience analyzing complex technical and operational problems and driving issues through resolution.
• Experience with support ticketing tools and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• High attention to detail, strong ownership, and the ability to manage complex workflows independently.
