Manufacturing Technician (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Elstree site in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00, with one Saturday every three weeks from 06:00–14:00. 40 hours per week; no shift work.

Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

hirify.global is a global pharmaceutical and healthcare company manufacturing synthetic bone graft material for use by surgeons in operating theatres.

What you will do

• Perform manual manufacturing and packaging tasks according to the manufacturing plan.
• Generate batch documentation, maintain accurate records, and complete transactions in the ERP system.
• Carry out basic maintenance checks in Grade B and C cleanrooms, including IS08 and IS07 areas.
• Report errors, non-completed tasks, and potential issues to QA, supervisors, and manufacturing leadership.
• Complete required training and keep training records and Isotrain modules up to date.
• Support cross-functional teamwork, quality improvement, and process waste elimination.

Requirements

• GCSE-level education or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, ideally in a highly regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team and manage priorities.
• Willingness to work in a Grade B and C cleanroom while wearing full PPE throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of SOPs and non-conformances is advantageous but not essential.
