VP Finance, Global Content Studio APAC (Media)

What you will do

• Act as the senior finance business partner for APAC Production and Content Sales leadership.
• Oversee ANZ Production finance and support production greenlights, contracts, investments, and business cases.
• Lead monthly reporting, budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, regional consolidation, cash-flow reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models and commercial analysis, including scenario modelling, NPV, profitability, and break-even analysis.
• Manage and develop the Head of Production Finance and FP&A analysts.
• Improve controls, data integrity, reporting automation, dashboards, self-service tools, and finance transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline and a professional accounting qualification such as ACA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Senior FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally in APAC and in production, media, or another project-based business.
• Strong finance business partnering, communication, influencing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modelling, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed, multi-entity, or international organisation, with the ability to work across APAC and UK time zones.
• Proven people leadership, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities with limited oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or Power Query.
• Experience supporting finance systems and transformation initiatives or using approved AI tools.
