What you will do

• Own the quality of client deliverables, including datasets, reports, presentations, and other outputs.
• Analyze and synthesize consumer, market, and retail measurement data to generate actionable business insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and data-driven stories that communicate findings clearly.
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver client presentations and training while maintaining expertise in research methodologies, analytical techniques, and NIQ solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements that strengthen client service, operational stability, and team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or a related field.
• Less than two years of work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Native-level Korean and strong business English are required.
• Strong analytical thinking, confidence working with numbers and structured data, and a proactive approach.
• Good oral and written communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in the market research industry.
