What you will do
- Lead SEO, GEO, and AI optimization projects from inception through completion, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and develop on-page, off-page, GEO, and content optimization recommendations.
- Perform keyword research and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Develop, optimize, and promote content aligned with SEO goals across regional and global markets.
- Lead and mentor a small team, review deliverables for quality, and collaborate with web development, content, and marketing teams.
- Communicate with clients about project progress, strategy, results, questions, and concerns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SEO experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Detailed understanding of SEO and GEO concepts, current search trends, AI optimization, and search engine algorithm changes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Ability to use ChatGPT or similar platforms for prompt and workflow creation.
