Focus on optimizing content, site architecture, and E-E-A-T signals for traditional search, AI Overviews, AI Mode, and generative search platforms while translating complex data into client recommendations.

What you will do
- Develop SEO roadmaps and proactive strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for content expansion, technical improvements, organic growth, and competitive differentiation.
- Analyze rankings, traffic, engagement, conversions, and other SEO performance indicators to diagnose issues and uncover opportunities.
- Lead client-facing reporting and translate technical findings and complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with account management, content, development, design, analytics, and paid media teams.
- Develop SEO and GEO strategies for traditional search engines, AI Overviews, AI Mode, and other generative search experiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page strategies.
- Experience with GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Ahrefs.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive measurable organic growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI in search and emerging SEO technologies.
- Experience with Asana or Monday.com.
- Relevant analytics or SEO certifications.
