Organic Growth Analyst (SEO)

Location: Global - Remote; work from anywhere with at least 5 hours of overlap with Eastern Time (ET) on weekdays

What you will do

• Support SEO and organic growth strategies for B2B SaaS clients.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content audits, and backlink research.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to measure strategy performance.
• Track and analyze client data to identify insights and growth opportunities.
• Help ensure deliverables meet internal standards and drive measurable results.
• Participate in team brainstorms, client calls, internal projects, research, and R&D efforts.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in SEO, content, or digital marketing, or a strong interest in developing a career in this field.
• Analytical mindset and basic experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Ahrefs.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and willingness to learn quickly and use feedback.
• Clear, concise communication and comfort asking questions.
• Availability for at least 5 hours of overlap with Eastern Time (ET) on weekdays.
• Comfort working remotely in a high-trust, high-standards environment.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in content strategy, analytics, and CRO.
