Water Treatment Process / Data Center Commissioning Engineer (Water Treatment)

Location: United States, 900 Georgia Avenue; travel to sites as needed

Salary: $95,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop new water treatment processes and optimize existing systems.
• Design process flows, consumable usage plans, and equipment layouts for water treatment projects.
• Lead technical discussions with client engineering teams and support sales and operations.
• Analyze operating procedures and field data to improve treatment performance.
• Provide subject-matter expertise in GAC, resin, reverse osmosis, deionization, and other water treatment applications.
• Support on-site testing, process piping passivation, standard operating procedures, technical project summaries, and EH&S initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of water treatment experience in design or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with process water treatment in refineries, chemical plants, power plants, or data centers.
• Knowledge of high-purity water treatment and process design is required.
• Advanced water treatment process training or certification, environmental regulatory knowledge, and the ability to interpret plans, graphs, laboratory data, and treatability studies.
• Proficiency with CAD drawings, Google Earth, Adobe, and Microsoft Office; ability to work indoors and outdoors and travel to sites as needed.
