Junior Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Support customer engagements by helping design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered solutions.
• Contribute to agentic AI workflows that interact with tools, systems, and multiple data sources.
• Develop and maintain production-quality code integrating AI models and agents into cloud environments.
• Assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of deployed AI solutions.
• Validate technical outcomes and communicate results to customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to transform prototypes into scalable, reliable, business-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python or a comparable programming language such as Go or Rust.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or Hugging Face.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, data modelling, and system design principles.
• Experience contributing to software development projects using collaborative and version-controlled workflows.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, learning agility, and a customer-focused mindset.
