Location: On-site presence required in Chengdu, China or Kulim, Malaysia

What you will do

• Develop data analytics tools, algorithms, and methodologies for manufacturing engineers across different areas.
• Apply AI and Big Data technologies to translate raw manufacturing data into meaningful insights.
• Solve factory yield and process engineering problems through data-driven approaches.
• Collaborate within a worldwide factory network to improve the manufacturing and assembly of compute devices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
• Experience with predictive modeling, pattern recognition, ML algorithms, clustering, dimensionality reduction, and time series analysis.
• Proficiency in Python or R, including libraries such as numpy, pandas, Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, or Pytorch.
• Strong technical problem-solving, analysis, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Chengdu, PRC or Kulim, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Hadoop, and Spark.
• Previous experience in the semiconductor industry.
