Re7 Capital is a London-based crypto-asset investment firm operating innovative investment strategies at the frontier of digital assets, underpinned by proprietary data infrastructure and deep domain expertise. The team combines institutional finance experience, DeFi-native insight, and advanced analytics.

Ideally candidates should be located within 3 hours of GMT/BST.

Responsibilities:

- Manage regulatory licensing and cross-jurisdictional legal structures
- Support commercial deal structuring and contract negotiation
- Ensure compliance across sales, marketing and corporate communications
- Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of existing and new products
- Handle legal entity governance, IP protection and data privacy compliance
- Coordinate with external counsel and regulators

Requirements:

- 5+ years legal and operations experience within crypto, asset management or financial services
- Qualified lawyer or equivalent senior legal experience
- Appreciation of digital assets and crypto-native legal frameworks
- Strong understanding of financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions (e.g. FCA, CIMA, SEC, MiCA)
- Proven experience with legal entity structuring, fund governance and cross-border operations
- Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Familiarity with offshore fund and asset management structures
