What you will do

• Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Improve production processes through data analytics, automation, lean principles, and continuous improvement.
• Support Industry 4.0 and smart factory initiatives.
• Optimize semiconductor equipment performance and reliability and provide field engineering support.
• Contribute to supply planning, sourcing, logistics, supplier partnerships, product development, testing, and qualification activities.
• Evaluate test results and work methods to identify root causes, improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate interested in manufacturing engineering, semiconductor technologies, and global operations.
• Ability to apply engineering principles to manufacturing processes, tooling, work methods, and cost reduction.
• Interest or experience in automation, data analytics, operational efficiency, equipment reliability, or supply chain analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, R&D, and global teams.
• Relocation is not eligible for this position.
