Associate Engineering Intern, CVD Equipment (Diploma)

What you will do

• Coordinate Project Phoenix parts creation activities and maintain progress updates in SharePoint and related tracking tools.
• Monitor daily task updates and verify the accuracy and completeness of project data.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up on corrections.
• Improve project trackers by proposing template refinements, automation ideas, and standard update practices.
• Track CIP project action items, follow up with stakeholders, and escalate overdue or blocked tasks.
• Follow Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and work safely.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field through an accredited degree program during the internship.
• Good academic standing.
• Availability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Microsoft skills.

Nice to have

• Prior related internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, or competitions.
• Project management skills, including the ability to innovate, execute solutions, and navigate ambiguity.
