PPC (Paid Search) Coordinator

Location: Copenhagen Hub - Løvstræde, Denmark; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office and two days working from home. Relocation is not supported.

What you will do

• Support paid search activities across global markets and the full search marketing funnel.
• Develop, launch, monitor, report on, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google and Bing.
• Launch and optimize paid search, display, and shopping campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, sales growth, and profitability.
• Promote search marketing best practices across markets and activities.
• Deliver reporting and insights to support commercial decisions and collaborate with channel, digital insights, retail, and performance teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with paid search marketing, including keyword strategy, remarketing, automation, and shopping campaigns.
• Experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Experience with bid management platforms such as SA360, Skai, Marin, or Adobe Advertising Cloud.
• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-focused environment.
• Ability to work from the Copenhagen Hub; relocation support is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Datorama, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
• Experience supporting global campaigns and localization practices.
• French, German, Spanish, or other multilingual capabilities.
• Experience working across global and cross-cultural environments.
