Product Owner (AI)

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmaps for enterprise-scale digital solutions.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, including epics, features, user stories, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Gather, validate, and translate business and customer needs into actionable product specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, UX designers, QA teams, and delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, release planning, go-live activities, workshops, governance sessions, and decision-making.
• Define KPIs and use customer feedback, analytics, adoption data, and business performance insights to drive continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a closely related product role.
• Strong experience with Agile and Scrum delivery, including roadmap planning, backlog management, feature prioritization, user stories, and release planning.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and acceptance criteria definition skills.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing communication, negotiation, priorities, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, web and mobile applications, and data analytics.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Figma and Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, banking, retail, enterprise applications, customer-facing platforms, or large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products and analytics-driven decision-making.
