What you will do
- Build and enhance scalable backend solutions and Salesforce integrations.
- Design and develop reliable, secure services for customer-facing banking products.
- Work with Salesforce Apex, APIs, and integration tools.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Contribute to Agile delivery, software quality, testing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Professional experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, integrations, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong Java development experience, with Java 8+ required and Java 11+ preferred.
- Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful API design, and development.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, testing, code quality, and version control with Git or similar tools.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Maven, or similar build tools.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale applications in financial services.
- Interest in continuous learning and adopting new technologies.
