TL;DR
Software Engineer (.NET) (Application Support): Supporting and maintaining enterprise applications in a production environment with an accent on .NET troubleshooting, SQL database analysis, and incident management. Focus on resolving production issues, supporting releases, performing root cause analysis, and maintaining application stability.

What you will do
- Provide L2 support for business-critical enterprise applications in production.
- Monitor application performance and respond to incidents and service requests.
- Analyze logs, application errors, and database issues to troubleshoot problems.
- Perform root cause analysis and support incident, problem, and change management.
- Support deployments, production fixes, implementations, testing, and post-release validation.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams while maintaining technical documentation.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in application support, production support, software support, or .NET development.
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, or REST APIs.
- Experience with MS SQL Server and SQL troubleshooting.
- Production application support experience and exposure to incident management and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, ServiceNow, Oracle Database, Windows Server, IIS, or Linux/Unix.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog, or Grafana.
- Experience supporting production deployments and release activities.
