Associate Data Manager - FS (Clinical Data)

Location: Fully remote from Bulgaria. Working hours are 11:00–19:00, Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Review clinical trial data in clinical data management systems and external listings to ensure compliance with protocols and Data Management Plans.
• Contribute to and review Data Management Plans for clinical study deliverables.
• Generate and review data queries with investigational sites, vendors, Clinical Research Associates, and client representatives.
• Resolve discrepancies and update clinical databases based on query responses.
• Support the development and user acceptance testing of case report forms, edit check specifications, and study-specific data listings.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for initial and follow-up testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, preferably in a technical, clinical, or health-related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3–5 years of practical experience with commercial clinical data management systems or EDC products, such as Oracle RDC, Oracle Inform, Medidata Rave, or DataLabs.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to provide timely, high-quality deliverables and manage customer interactions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
