Junior Technical Sales & Projects Coordinator (Pollution Monitors)

Pollution Monitors, part of hirify.global, designs, supplies, installs, commissions, and services fixed gas detection systems for commercial customers.

What you will do

• Prepare quotations and technically compliant, commercially competitive proposals for gas detection systems and associated products.
• Review customer specifications, drawings, and tender documentation, and maintain CRM quotation pipeline records.
• Coordinate technical information, project documentation, drawing revisions, registers, and document control records.
• Assist with AutoCAD drawings and gas detection system layouts, progressively developing Stage 3 and Stage 4 design skills.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, engineers, customers, and internal departments, including support for site project meetings and technical queries.
• Support workload planning, project handovers, customer enquiries, and the conversion of quotations into confirmed orders.

Requirements

• Interest in technical products and engineering solutions, with willingness to learn about gas detection systems.
• Previous AutoCAD knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Technical quotation preparation, project administration, document control, and organisational skills.
• Understanding of construction, M&E, or technical drawings is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, prioritisation, and coordination abilities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
