B2B IT Team & Delivery Leader (m/f/d)

Location: Košice, Slovakia; remote work is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Salary: negotiable base salary from €2,000 gross per month, plus a variable component and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Lead employees in disciplinary and functional matters, including team structure, workload distribution, coaching, feedback, training, and talent development.
• Coordinate team objectives, complex tasks, project deliverables, technical solutions, and operational methods.
• Optimize team performance and process efficiency using KPIs and industry standards.
• Manage critical situations, resolve escalations, and ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Plan budgets and steer cost-center financial and HR KPIs in line with defined financial plans.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, cascade strategy, present results, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong IT technical skills in business development, technological end-to-end responsibility, and business case justification.
• Expert leadership experience managing teams in person and virtually, with strong communication, conflict management, and emotional intelligence.
• Strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, flexibility, and willingness to lead transformation.
• Experience with cross-country integration, intercultural collaboration, stakeholder management, digitalization, project management, and agile methodologies.
• Advanced financial management skills, including budget management and economic decision-making.
• Fluent English at C1 level; willingness to work in accordance with Slovak legislation and the Slovak Labor Code.
