What you will do
- Prepare, review, and monitor appointments, visits, surveys, and completions against project deadlines.
- Log new jobs in Total Mobile and maintain accurate records for reporting.
- Contact residents to arrange validation and post-inspection surveys.
- Allocate job codes to site managers and respond to client queries about property access.
- Generate resident letters, monitor shared inboxes, and support the Disrepairs Team with administration.
- Raise purchase orders and attend client meetings when requested.
Requirements
- Relevant administration qualification or proven administrative experience.
- Experience in a similar role and in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment.
- Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality administrative support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Awareness and understanding of equality issues.
