Senior Field Marketing Manager

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; 3 days onsite in the Snowflake offices. The role supports marketing activities across the UAE and South Africa.

What you will do

• Define and own the field marketing strategy for the UAE and South Africa, covering pipeline generation, brand presence, and customer engagement.
• Manage the full life cycle of field events, including themes, logistics, vendors, inventory, staffing, and execution.
• Build integrated marketing calendars across events, executive programs, account-based marketing campaigns, and digital demand generation.
• Partner with sales leadership to develop go-to-market plans and align marketing investment with revenue priorities.
• Drive account-based marketing for strategic accounts and coordinate sponsorships and partner-event execution with the alliances organization.
• Establish reporting frameworks connecting marketing activity with pipeline, revenue influence, and customer expansion, while mentoring junior marketers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation in enterprise B2B technology.
• Experience defining regional marketing strategy and building trusted relationships with sales leadership.
• Strong negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers.
• Experience running executive engagement programs, high-stakes field events, and events with 300+ attendees.
• Strong account-based marketing skills, including account selection, multichannel activation, and measurement.
• Fluent English required; the role requires 3 days onsite in the Dubai office. Arabic is a significant plus.

• Experience shaping field marketing strategy across multiple EMEA sub-regions.
• Background in cloud data, analytics, or AI platform marketing.
• Experience mentoring junior marketers in a distributed team.
• Experience using AI or GenAI tools to accelerate campaign creation, personalization, or audience intelligence.
• Familiarity with Snowflake's go-to-market motion or comparable enterprise data platforms.
