TL;DR
Product Manager, Social Sustainability (ESG/Product Management): Shaping and growing BT's social sustainability portfolio by developing scalable products, services, partnerships, and propositions with an accent on social impact, customer requirements, and market growth. Focus on defining product roadmaps, building business cases and investment proposals, and coordinating cross-functional delivery with commercial, sales, marketing, and external partner teams.
Location: Birmingham, Bristol, London or Manchester, UK. Hybrid working requires 3 days per week at the contractual location and 2 flexible days.

What you will do
- Define and own the roadmap for BT's social sustainability product portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to develop new products, services and partnerships that strengthen BT's social sustainability capabilities.
- Design, develop and launch scalable social sustainability solutions supporting customer and bid requirements.
- Build business cases and investment proposals for new products and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams and manage relationships with delivery partners.
- Maintain the Social Value Solutions Playbook and enable sales teams to communicate BT's capabilities across target markets.
Requirements
- Experience in sustainability, ESG, social value or responsible business.
- Product management or proposition development experience from concept through launch.
- Experience developing business cases and investment proposals for new products or initiatives.
- Experience identifying market opportunities and developing customer-focused solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience building and managing strategic partnerships that deliver commercial or customer outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives.
