Senior Product Manager (EdTech)

Location: London HQ (Oval), hybrid with 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Frame real problems and identify the shortest path to proving or disproving them.
• Combine qualitative user insight with quantitative data to guide priorities.
• Work with design, engineering and operations to ship, learn and iterate.
• Define success metrics linked to business outcomes.
• Improve product practices through better tools, habits and feedback loops.
• Shape solutions, test assumptions, speak with users, remove blockers and align teams.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience building and scaling digital products or systems with measurable impact in a marketplace business.
• Experience running discovery, experiments and delivery end to end.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards and SQL when needed.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers, designers and operations.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and make them usable.
• Ability to lead as an individual contributor, mediate perspectives and turn ambiguity into action.

Nice to have

• Experience in EdTech or an adjacent vertical.
