Product Manager - Global Mobile (Mobile)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with attendance at the London office 2–3 days per week and remote work on the remaining days.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and direction for key areas of the global mobile app.
• Coordinate priorities across country teams, balancing local requirements with global product consistency.
• Work with engineers, designers, and data teams to define problems, shape solutions, and ship features iteratively.
• Define technical requirements for dependencies and communicate priorities to external teams.
• Scope large underlying system changes, sequence delivery pragmatically, and build for scalability.
• Monitor customer journeys and releases, using data and collaboration with Operations and Marketing to test, debug, and improve experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience with mobile apps.
• Experience shipping mobile products used by real customers.
• Experience working in startups or fast-moving scale-ups with limited predefined processes.
• Strong communication skills with frontend and backend engineers and the ability to coordinate stakeholders across teams and geographies.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information, break down ambiguous large-scale tasks, and manage competing priorities.
• Empathetic, customer-focused approach to cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with apps serving multiple markets or languages.
• Familiarity with energy, utilities, or other regulated industries.
