Location: Forest Lake, Minnesota, United States; customer sites daily

Salary: $24+ per hour depending on experience, plus overtime

What you will do

  • Handle, collect, segregate, package, and inspect chemical waste at plants, laboratories, and customer facilities.
  • Prepare packing lists, labels, manifests, and land disposal restriction notifications.
  • Inspect staging, accumulation, storage areas, drums, labels, leaks, spills, and shipment readiness.
  • Execute chemical waste management projects at customer locations, including Fortune 500 facilities.
  • Sample and profile new waste streams requiring analytical testing.
  • Complete projects in accordance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, federal, state, local, and customer-specific requirements.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work at customer sites daily.
  • Ability to obtain a CDL Class B with hazmat and tanker endorsements within six months.
  • Ability to perform the physical functions required for the position.
  • Successful completion of a background check, drug test, and physical examination where required.
  • Compliance with respirator-related facial hair requirements where applicable.

Nice to have

  • College degree in Chemistry or Natural Science.
  • Previous environmental services experience, such as remediation, abatement, or emergency spill response.
  • Military experience or transferable military training.
