Legal Operations Officer - German Speaker (Fintech)

What you will do

• Handle requests from judicial authorities, including state attorneys and FINMA, and coordinate clarifications within the bank.
• Manage databases used by the Legal Department and participate in knowledge management projects.
• Support Legal Officers with the management of larger cases when required.
• Process customer information requests related to data protection.
• Prepare written correspondence with third parties and coordinate legal translations.

Requirements

• University degree and at least 2 years of work experience.
• French at C2 level or mother-tongue proficiency.
• German at minimum B2 level, written and spoken.
• English at B1 level.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with autonomy, rigor, and reliability.
• Availability for a 100% occupancy rate; Excel proficiency is an asset.
