What you will do

• Develop and implement the Local Business Line’s (LBL) customs procedures, origin management, and sanction list screening.
• Lead and oversee the Trade Compliance Program, including internal control systems, local trade reviews, and self-audits.
• Provide expert guidance and training on export controls, customs, and sanctions to stakeholders and support functions.
• Manage trade compliance for complex international projects, conducting risk assessments and internal checks.
• Functionally lead trade compliance resources within the LBL and maintain alignment with logistics and legal teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Foreign Trade, Export Control, or Customs Compliance.
• At least 8 years of experience in trade compliance, legal, or compliance backgrounds.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss (GKV), EU, and US (EAR) dual-use and sanctions regulations.
• Experience with SAP and SAP GTS E4H.
• Fluency in English.
