InSite Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Location: Jeffersonville, Ohio, United States; onsite, 3rd shift on a rotating Pitman schedule from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Salary: $65,000–$68,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Manage company activities and project operations at assigned InSite locations.
• Establish audit protocols, document compliance parameters, and track corrective actions for waste programs.
• Ensure proper waste packaging, safe execution, labor and equipment utilization, and regulatory compliance.
• Scope, quote, cost, and manage client projects, including large-scale projects when assigned.
• Maintain customer relationships, validate project progress, and ensure contractual obligations and change orders are completed.
• Review operating procedures and coordinate site-specific health and safety actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field, or at least three years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, TSCA, and related environmental regulations.
• DOT training.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow direction, manage multiple tasks, and interface with customers.
• Ability to work the rotating 3rd-shift schedule.
