Automation Service Engineer (Industrial Automation)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand, with frequent travel throughout Southeast Asia and abroad

What you will do

• Provide maintenance and troubleshooting services for installed automation systems, including on-call support.
• Participate in project implementation, installation supervision, commissioning, start-up, and documentation.
• Prepare and deliver technical training for customers.
• Build customer relationships and support service sales to achieve annual targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Automation and IT, Process Control, or relevant experience.
• Approximately five years of relevant experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and/or Quality Control Systems (QCS).
• Experience with pulp and paper manufacturing processes is advantageous.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, initiative, and self-accountability skills.
• Willingness to travel in Thailand and abroad.

Nice to have

• Driver’s license and access to a car.
