Research Analyst - Corporate Transactions

Location: Manila, Philippines — One Le Grand Tower. Onsite work is required, with possible full-time onsite attendance during training. Shifts rotate based on business needs.

What you will do

• Collect, maintain, and update corporate transactions data from feeds, corporate action emails, press releases, filings, newswires, and other reputable sources.
• Track M&A, private placements, growth transactions, mergers, divestitures, spinoffs, and deal terms for public and private companies.
• Deliver accurate and timely database updates to hirify.global clients.
• Meet individual and team quality, timeliness, and productivity targets.
• Follow research methodologies, workflow procedures, documentation standards, and database maintenance protocols.
• Participate in training, process knowledge tests, meetings, skills-enhancement courses, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent field.
• Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently and collaboratively, and maintain close attention to detail.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and support other assigned projects.
• Completion of internal department training programs is required.
