Master Scheduler (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Hastings, Nebraska, 5 days per week

Salary: $69,600–$124,950 annual base salary

What you will do

• Translate monthly SIOP consensus plans into detailed weekly master production schedules with a 12–18 month planning horizon.
• Coordinate manufacturing plans with operations leaders, material planners, production planners, and other stakeholders.
• Incorporate inter-company demand and backlog into supply planning to support capacity and resource requirements.
• Monitor and resolve MRP processing errors and maintain ERP planning parameters, including lead times, lot sizes, safety stocks, and delivery times.
• Publish schedule adherence, capacity, inventory, delivery performance, backlog, master schedule, and inventory-turn reports.
• Serve as the factory subject matter expert for ERP production planning and scheduling modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• At least 3 years of experience analyzing data related to product forecasting, master scheduling, or shipment forecasting.
• Experience in rate-based or flow-line and job shop manufacturing environments.
• Experience with operations, inventory management, MRP, and lean manufacturing processes.
• Experience with visual management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle or a related ERP system.
