What you will do

• Manage client relationships, conduct client meetings and visits, and identify opportunities for referrals and revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor and manage Relationship Managers and other assigned staff, including delegating work and supporting performance development.
• Lead process improvements that enhance service, processing, profitability and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain administrative, operational and risk management support for assigned units and product lines.
• Design, implement and enhance internal controls, address audit findings and escalate risk-related issues.
• Manage a scope of up to 3,500 accounts or 2–5 staff members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience, or a combined minimum of 6 years of higher education and/or work experience including 2 years of related experience.
• At least 1 year of work leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, problem resolution, resource management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to comply with internal and external policies, procedures, risk standards and regulatory controls.
• Work location: London, United Kingdom.

• Certified Corporate Trust Specialist certification.
• Project management and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and industry-specific software.
