Product Manager - CEX Wallet (Web3)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of exchange crypto wallet products.
• Act as product owner across design, implementation, and live deployment, coordinating product, engineering, and design teams.
• Define and evolve product vision, strategy, plans, and roadmap.
• Lead initiatives for tokenized assets, including tokenized equities, bStocks, deposit and withdrawal flows, and asset distribution.
• Improve user experience and product security by understanding customer needs and challenges.
• Monitor feature effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant project or product management experience with complex system integrations.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with financial or payment products, including reconciliation and channel integration.
• Blockchain experience is preferred; exposure to tokenized securities or real-world assets is a plus.
• Knowledge of user experience and user interface design, lean and agile models, analytics, coordination, and project scheduling.
• English and Mandarin bilingual proficiency is required to coordinate with global partners and stakeholders.
