Product Manager — Trading Experience (Crypto Trading)

What you will do

• Own the design and optimization of mobile trading experiences across funding, asset discovery, trading, holding, and withdrawal.
• Improve core journeys for new and experienced users, focusing on conversion, completion, and usability.
• Design user-friendly flows for transaction failures, delays, rejections, and high-volatility conditions.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across iOS and Android.
• Use AI for ideation, prototyping, user research, competitive analysis, data analysis, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Customer Support, and Trading to translate business and regulatory requirements into product flows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Mobile Product Manager owning core user flows in consumer applications.
• Strong product design skills, including user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Hands-on AI experience is required in product design, research, analysis, prototyping, or documentation.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX and interaction patterns across iOS and Android.
• Experience with SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or similar analytics tools, plus A/B testing.
• Professional working proficiency in English and strong product documentation and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in trading, brokerage, investment, payments, fintech, or other financial products.
• Experience designing trading experiences for brokerage or trading platforms.
• Product and Design background or experience with mobile design systems.
• Southeast Asia or emerging-market experience, including fiat on/off-ramp products.
• Experience building team-level AI workflows, internal tools, or prompt libraries.
