Senior Workplace IT Specialist (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Build one-touch onboarding and offboarding workflows covering identity, licensing, groups, devices, applications, and access revocation.
• Engineer zero-touch Windows and macOS device provisioning with Intune, Windows Autopilot, and equivalent MDM tools.
• Automate IT operations with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, REST APIs, and Azure services.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, enterprise applications, SSO, and identity security controls.
• Manage endpoint compliance, application deployment, patching, vulnerability remediation, fleet monitoring, and Windows 11 upgrades.
• Provide Level 2/3 support, deliver regional IT projects, document solutions in Git, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in IT engineering, end-user computing, modern workplace, or IT infrastructure roles.
• Strong production-quality PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API skills, with experience building and shipping automation.
• Hands-on administration of Entra ID and Azure, including identity lifecycle management, Conditional Access, SSO, RBAC, and automation services.
• Deep enterprise Microsoft 365 experience covering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Modern endpoint management expertise with Intune, Autopilot, compliance policies, application packaging, Windows 10/11, and macOS.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, hybrid identity, networking fundamentals, technical communication, and customer support.

• Experience transforming traditional ITSM into modern workplace engineering through automated onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning.
• Git-based development workflows, code review, CI/CD, configuration-as-code, or infrastructure-as-code experience.
• Power Platform, Python, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, AI-assisted tooling, virtualization, or additional cloud services experience.
• Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco, or Power Platform certifications.
