What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical lead for site infrastructure, aligning local requirements with corporate IT strategy.
- Oversee lifecycle management of endpoints, networking, servers, storage, and cloud services.
- Coordinate and prioritize technical tasks for junior engineers and regional IT resources.
- Lead complex infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve high-level hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level compliance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or networking.
- Proven experience providing technical leadership to engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows and macOS desktop client OS.
- Experience with M365, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, SCCM, and Intune.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field.

- Knowledge of Linux workstations and server administration.
