Director - Business Continuity & Crisis Management (Fintech): Developing and managing the global Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCM) program to ensure operational resilience with an accent on risk governance and recovery strategies. Focus on implementing BCP life cycle activities, conducting mock crisis exercises, and evolving frameworks to meet regulatory and client expectations.
Location: Hybrid (Vilnius), at least 3 days a week in-office
Salary: 4000 – 4500 EUR Gross

What you will do
- Maintain and evolve the corporate-wide BCM program across all business units and expert functions.
- Develop comprehensive operational resiliency strategies to facilitate response and recovery from disruptions.
- Execute BCP life cycle activities, including business impact analysis, updates, review, and testing.
- Collaborate with BCP Coordinators to develop and document effective Business Continuity Plans.
- Plan, conduct, and debrief mock crisis management exercises to identify and strengthen preparedness gaps.
- Implement organization-wide training and communications regarding BCM frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business continuity or crisis management.
- Expertise in operational risk management, technology risk management, and operational resilience.
- Prior experience with Business Continuity platforms and tools.
- Experience in the financial services industry, specifically capital markets or fintech, is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- No previous unspent criminal convictions under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
