Director of Business Operations (Quantum Computing)

Developing software tools that simplify and accelerate software development for quantum computers, with offices in Ireland and Singapore and worldwide key markets.

What you will do

• Oversee daily company operations and translate leadership priorities into scalable workflows, procedures, and measurable outputs.
• Design, implement, test, and maintain ISO 22301-aligned Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery frameworks.
• Manage the corporate risk register, Health & Safety programs, governance requirements, and audit readiness.
• Drive company-wide OKR planning, tracking, and execution across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and enforce operational policies and SOPs, coordinating with legal and compliance on GDPR, PDPA, and export controls.
• Coordinate external programs, industry affiliations, entity setups, office expansions, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Management Consulting, or GRC within high-growth deep-tech or SaaS organizations.
• CBCP, ISO 22301 certification, or formal training and operational ownership of ISO 22301-aligned BCDR frameworks.
• Practical GDPR and PDPA experience, plus working knowledge of international export controls.
• Experience delivering complex non-technical projects, including entity setups, grant applications, or office expansions, on time and under budget.
• Proven experience leading company-wide OKR planning and execution cycles, managing diverse teams and operations, and taking policies from gap analysis through rollout, training, and auditing.
• Technical literacy, understanding of the SDLC, strong communication with researchers and engineers, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience preparing an organization for ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type II audits.
• Experience managing distributed, multi-time-zone operations.
• PMP, CIPP, or similar certifications.
• Familiarity with developer tooling and SaaS platforms such as Notion, Jira, and Power BI.
