Seibi Technician (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Georgetown, Kentucky; travel and dispatch to manufacturing facilities and suppliers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, with additional international travel including Japan.

What you will do

• Program robots offline and online for body production equipment.
• Inspect, validate, and prepare new or modified equipment for manufacturing production.
• Support machine seibi activities from equipment installation through start of production at North American manufacturing facilities and vendors.
• Communicate equipment issues, project status, and daily activities to team members, project leaders, management, and engineering leadership.
• Lead daily activities, provide hands-on on-the-job training, and promote standardized work, safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and kaizen.
• Cover production shifts, weekends, holidays, shutdowns, and start-of-production activities; travel up to 75% when required.

Requirements

• Associate technical degree or higher, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in hirify.global Body Production Engineering Seibi or body maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration support or visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 75%, including international travel, and work varying shifts.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an industrial maintenance-related field.
