What you will do

• Own the growth strategy and roadmap for a core product area across acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention.
• Identify high-impact opportunities with Product and Engineering teams and integrate growth mechanisms into the broader product roadmap.
• Design discovery-led acquisition loops, product-led journeys, and streamlined user experiences.
• Prioritize initiatives using measurable business and user outcomes, data, and experimentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering to use product capabilities, infrastructure, and technical primitives for scalable growth experiences.
• Align Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams around experimentation, iteration, and execution.

Requirements

• Proven Product Manager experience with exposure to growth, product-led growth, acquisition, activation, adoption, or retention.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI meaningfully within a product, workflow, or team.
• Experience taking products, features, or initiatives from 0 to 1 in rapidly changing environments.
• Strong technical fluency, including the ability to discuss architecture, implementation considerations, product capabilities, and trade-offs with engineers.
• Ability to define metrics, establish measurable goals, use data to guide decisions, and influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities, with a proactive and execution-focused approach.
