Junior Product Manager

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work. Work from home, the office, or a mix of both, with work from anywhere for up to 30 days per year.

Salary: €38,000–€42,500 per year

What you will do

• Support product discovery through qualitative and quantitative analysis, user research, and insight synthesis.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics in a cross-functional squad.
• Help structure scope, track delivery progress, and identify risks and dependencies.
• Test new features and verify that solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
• Define and monitor feature success metrics, learning from launches and supporting iteration.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in a STEM discipline.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to break down problems and reason with incomplete information.
• Comfort working with data and using metrics to support decisions.
• Curiosity, learning agility, reliability, organization, and an execution-focused approach.
• Motivation to grow through increasing ownership and develop into an autonomous product professional.

Nice to have

• Early experience in product management or an adjacent role.
• Experience working with software teams or in agile environments.
• Exposure to coding, machine learning, AI, analytics, or dashboarding tools.
