Full Stack Software Engineer III (Fintech)

What you will do

• Engineer complex, multi-tiered distributed software systems.
• Design, implement, test, document, and diagram solutions for technical and business requirements.
• Develop product enhancements, new features, and new software products.
• Resolve programming errors and complete code changes according to project plans.
• Apply software engineering best practices within an Agile development environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Java development experience and hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years of web frontend development experience, including large websites built with HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Java EE, object-oriented analysis and design, REST API development, and Java/JEE internals.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, ORM technologies such as JPA2 and Hibernate, and Spring MVC.
• Experience with React and related tools such as Redux or React Router, responsive web design, Git, Agile methodology, and test-driven development.
• Experience with frontend unit testing and PowerMockito, plus knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity, operational resilience, or risk management.

Nice to have

• Understanding of web usability and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with Ant build processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
