Regional Banking Relationship Manager Senior (Commercial Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire new profitable business relationships through prospecting, networking, insights, and advice.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing business customers, primarily companies with $2 million–$50 million in sales and aggregate credit exposure up to $25 million, with a heavy focus on businesses above $25 million in sales.
• Analyze, structure, and close complex commercial loan transactions while maintaining and confirming customer creditworthiness.
• Manage credit portfolios of varying complexity and size, including quarterly portfolio reviews, CAR, and collection of required documentation.
• Coordinate with the Huntington Loan Center and Commercial Loan Servicing to ensure accurate and complete credit packages.
• Represent the bank in the local community, collaborate with internal partners, support complex credits, and mentor junior Regional Banking colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year education and Business Banking or Commercial Lending experience.
• 10+ years of Business Banking or Commercial Banking experience.
• Ability to work with complex commercial credits, maintain customer relationships, structure loans, manage portfolios, and provide credit guidance.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and represent the bank in business and community functions.

Nice to have

• Well-versed in complex commercial credits with 10+ years of Business Banking or Commercial Sales experience.
