Compliance Inspector (Environmental Compliance)

Location: Kimball, Nebraska, United States; onsite facility role with 80–85% field inspection and inspection-entry work

Salary: $26 per hour, paid weekly; posted pay range $14.42–$28.85 per hour

What you will do

• Perform daily compliance inspections and complete required documentation and reporting.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring for hydrocarbons, PSV systems, and opacity.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual Subpart BB and LDAR monitoring programs.
• Maintain LDAR tag information and verify correlations with P&IDs; assist with audits as needed.
• Conduct and document safety inspections and assist with compliance training for area operators.
• Cross-train with Train 2 Inspectors and maintain required equipment-operation and inspection certifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test; a clean-shaven face is required, with mustaches permitted.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship, including F1-OPT sponsorship, is not available.
