Environmental Services Associate

hirify.global provides integrated medical and daily-life support for older adults through the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), including services in care centers and participants’ homes.

What you will do

• Lead cleaning activities across the assigned campus and maintain high environmental-of-care standards.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish, sanitize restrooms, clean windows and surfaces, and perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks.
• Remove waste, identify fall hazards, report damaged equipment and maintenance issues, and follow health and safety procedures.
• Operate cleaning tools and equipment safely, organize supplies, monitor inventory, and request replenishment.
• Lock and unlock doors, secure buildings, and set up or take down furniture and equipment for events and activities.
• Coordinate with departments and team members to support a clean, safe, and welcoming participant environment.

Requirements

• Ability to operate vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and other cleaning equipment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices.
• Strong communication, time management, independence, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull for extended periods; typical loads may reach 25–50 pounds with assistance or mechanical aids.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and in varying weather conditions during outdoor tasks.
• Valid California driver’s license, personal transportation, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required.
• Employment requires compliance with applicable U.S. work authorization, infection-control, PPE, and vaccination requirements for the role and work location.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese skills.
