Environmental Remediation Supervisor

Location: Must be based in Buffalo, New York, United States (On-site)

Salary: $30–$40/hour

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day field operations for environmental remediation projects.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to the defined scope and schedule.
• Coordinate the mobilization and delivery of necessary equipment and materials.
• Prepare daily reports documenting field activities and progress.
• Conduct daily safety briefings to ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Assist project managers with scope development, cost estimation, and workflow planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental contracting with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER training with current annual refreshers.
• OSHA 10-Hour construction safety training.
• Valid driver license with a clean record.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required by project needs.

Nice to have

• Commercial Driver License (CDL).
• OSHA 30-Hour construction safety training.
• Experience with NYSDEC standby contracts.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in an Environmental discipline.
