What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to diagnose delivery challenges, define problem statements, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and deliver evidence-based roadmaps and interventions covering ways of working, project delivery, change management, and governance.
• Lead priority transformation and change initiatives using ING standards, tools, reporting, and automation.
• Improve delivery maturity through governance, templates, guidance, learning experiences, and sustainable ways of working.
• Capture delivery insights and lessons learned and translate them into improved practices across delivery communities.
• Own assignments end to end, ensuring timely delivery, benefits realisation, and alignment with ING methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience in consultancy and transformation across agile, waterfall, and hybrid environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience diagnosing root causes, assessing options, shaping practical solutions, and influencing stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ways of working, project delivery, change management, and governance.
• Experience designing delivery and change approaches that improve workflow, measurable outcomes, and delivery capability.
• Ability to work across all organisational levels, including Tribes, Programs, senior stakeholders, and Executive forums.
